A Thanksgiving Tradition That Supports Our Community

Each Thanksgiving morning, our community comes together to run, walk, celebrate loved ones, and support the mission of Helios Care.

The Turkey Trot is more than a race. It is one of Helios Care’s most important annual fundraisers, helping us continue programs and services that are not reimbursed but are deeply needed throughout our community.

Your Participation Changes Lives

Every registration, donation, and fundraising page helps Helios Care provide comfort, guidance, education, and connection to local individuals and families.

Funds raised through the Turkey Trot help support:

• Children’s Bereavement Camp, offering healing, friendship, and hope to children coping with the death of someone they love
• Grief support groups for individuals and families navigating loss
• Caregiver support groups that provide encouragement, education, and connection
• Community education on caregiving, grief, advance care planning, serious illness, and other important topics

These programs are not fully covered through traditional reimbursement. They are made possible through the generosity of our community.
